Lehriya derived from the word lehar meaning "wave" , is a popular form of dyeing in Rajasthan especially in the Marwar region. Patronized by the royals and commoners alike. Lehriya in Rajasthan is worn on special occasion in the form of sarees , suits, traditional poshaks and even in men's turban. The color palette used, is in significance to the occasion for which it is worn. Yellow signifies new beginnings, White, red , magenta signifies festivity and auspiciousness.

Description

Set of 3 consists of  kurta,  farshi and dupatta , in handspun mul-mul.

Dupatta and farshi are embellished with lines of gota in traditional  Rajasthani "Lehriya" (wave) pattern. 

Kurta comes in a relaxed A-line silhouette with light gota highlights on sleeves and hem.
