Shipping and Returns Policy
1. What is the return policy on Maison Shefali?
Most of our products are eligible for return and refund for domestic orders. There are some items that are Made to order and products from the contemporary line are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for every product is clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If the product is eligible for return, you may write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of delivery to request return and refund. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for return only can be returned. Any return request made within the stipulated time period of 2 days will not be eligible for returns.
2. Any return request received beyond 2 days or 48 hours from the date of delivery will not be accepted.
3. No refund will be granted for orders reaching us beyond the stipulated time period.
4. Refunds for goods returned would be initiated only after a thorough QC of the returned product is undertaken. If found OK, the refunds would be initiated in the provided bank details.
NOTE- NO CASH REFUNDS WOULD BE PROVIDED.
5. NO RETURN NO REFUND NO EXCHANGE for goods sold during the SALE period.
6. WE DO NOT HAVE REVERSE PICK UP FACILITY, HENCE THE CUSTOMER ITSELF NEED TO SHIP THE PRODUCT BACK TO US.
7. In 2 days except the following:
- Customized product in concern of design or measurements.
- Items that have been used or opened
- An item not returned in the condition it was received.
- Any item received by us in a damaged condition.
- Western/ Contemporary wear
- Products sold during SALE
8. We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
- the item may be damaged during transit
- or there might be a manufacturing defect
- or that a wrong item is delivered to you
In such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within the stipulated time-frame (2days).
For international orders the freight or shipping charges are charged to be paid by the customer as per the current rate slabs being followed by courier companies (DHL, FEDEX etc.) as well as the import duty to the respective country will be borne by the customer.
