1. What is the return policy on Maison Shefali?

Most of our products are eligible for return and refund for domestic orders. There are some items that are Made to order and products from the contemporary and separates line are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for every product is clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


If the product is eligible for return, you may write to us at maisonshefail@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery to request return and refund. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for return only can be returned. Any return request made within the stipulated time period of 2 days will not be eligible for returns. 

2. Any return request received beyond 2 days or 48 hours  from the date of delivery will not be accepted.

3. No refund will be granted for orders reaching us beyond the stipulated time period.

4. Refunds for goods returned would be initiated only after a thorough QC of the returned product is undertaken. If found OK, the refunds would be initiated in the provided bank details.

NOTE- NO CASH REFUNDS WOULD BE PROVIDED.

5. NO RETURN NO REFUND NO EXCHANGE for goods sold during the SALE period or using a coupon code.

6. Reverse pick up facility is available at a cost of inr 250 to be borne by the customer.

7. In 2 days except the following:

  •  Customized product in concern of design or measurements.
  •  Items that have been used or opened
  •  An item not returned in the condition it was received.
  •  Any item received by us in a damaged condition.
  • Western/ Contemporary wear
  • Products sold during SALE

8. We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:

  • the item may be damaged during transit
  • or there might be a manufacturing defect
  •  or that a wrong item is delivered to you

In such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within the stipulated time-frame (2days).

NOTE-

For international orders the freight or shipping charges are charged to be paid by the customer as per the current rate slabs being followed by courier companies (DHL, FEDEX etc.) as well as the import duty to the respective country will be borne by the customer.

9. If you are not happy with the product, we can accept the return provided it meets the aforesaid conditions.  

10. Our products are made and handled by human hands involving various processes. There is bound to be variations in color, finish and overall look. The colors you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.

11. 10-12% color difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

  • All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable. Please go through the size chart carefully for sale products.

  • We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.
  •  

  • If you have received the damaged product or wrong product, please inform us within 2 days or 48 hours of receiving it. You could drop us a mail at maisonshefali@gmail.com or call us on +91 7976973055 (Mon-Sat between 10am to 7pm only). We will arrange a pick up for the same and once received, we can either provide an exchange for the product or reimburse the amount to your account.
  •  

  • There are some items that are Made to order which are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for such product is clearly mentioned on the product page. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • What is the Exchange policy on MARCHE ?
  • As a company policy we do not provide exchange or return on goods once sold.  Once the Marche pieces are sold they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or a smaller size (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). Customer gets a credit note, only when the desired size of the product is not in stock.

    If the product is not from sale section & eligible for size exchange, you may write to us at marche.artisanalbazaar@gmail.com within 2 working days or 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange. 

    Once acknowledged by the team during next working day, please send the product back yourself or a reverse pick up facility can be arranged, chargeable at inr 250 to be borne by the customer.  Please do not forget to take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Marche will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

    The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.

    1. Exchange can be done within 7 days for the date of delivery

    2. Only products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging and eligible for exchange.

    3. Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.

    4. Please do note, that exchange is allowed once per order.

    5. Size exchange is available (in case of size exchange, the customer is eligible to get a bigger or smaller size, equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to & fro).

    6. The cost of shipping to & fro (reverse pickup as well as shipping charges) for the product is to be borne by you. 


    Why my exchange is not accepted?

    • We endeavor to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
    • Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or color of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.
