    1. What is the shipping policy?

    Please refer the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for both domestic and international orders. From the time of shipping, it takes about 7-12 days for domestic orders and 12-15 days for international orders to reach you.

    If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

    The order status would be updated through mail as well as SMS on your registered number or mail i.d.

    3. Do you deliver outside India?

    2. CUSTOMS & DUTIES

    The customs and duties for international customers will be borne by customer, it can not be estimated by us before or after placing and order with us. Also we can not assure you if the particular order needs to pay or not, its totally not under our control.

    4. Can I get my order faster?

    Yes, you can get express delivery if available at your location. Do let us know while placing an     order, any Additional cost to be undertaken by the customer.

Returns & Exchange

    1. What is the return and exchange policy?

    Returns can be done within 7 days after placing the order. Exchanges can only be done depending on the availability of the product to be exchanged with.

    2. What are the steps to return/exchange a product?

    Update us about your will for a return or exchange with a proper reason as it would help us serve you better in the         future.

    ● WE DO NOT HAVE REVERSE PICK UP FACILITY, HENCE THE CUSTOMER ITSELF NEED TO SHIP THE PRODUCT BACK TO US

    The cost of courier needs to be undertaken by the customer at the time of returns.

    Once the garment is received a checking of the product would be done for any kind of damages. 

    After the completion of the above a refund would be initiated in a time period of 7 working days in the requisite bank account of the customer.

    ●  NO RETURN NO REFUND NO EXCHANGE for goods sold during the SALE period.
